Caroline is a major Astrologer in America. Her radio show and website are committed to re-integration: Re-integration of ourselves as individuals; re-integration of communities and the dialogue between peoples. Her shows are lively and topical, she makes great use of mythology. This site is a ‘must try’.

African Divination inc. Mambila and others

This leads to a very exciting chain of links from the University of Kent at Canterbury UK. Particularly interesting are the ‘Ancestors in Africa’ and the ‘African Divination’ links. Both lead to more exciting links – I got lost in here for a whole day – It was great.

This is work by the great Dutch anthropologist Wim Van Binsbergen who made a detailed study of Sangoma divination. A great window into the way a traditional culture view and use divination.

Ifa, Babalawo

Some wonderful Google directory links to the Ifa tradition of divination. This tradition is still strong today and it formed one of the major strands of Vodoun (Voodoo) in the Caribbean.
